Refund Policy

Not happy with your first purchase? Ask within 30 days and we refund it in full, no questions asked.

Page packs and digital books

  • Your first purchase is covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee, even if you used some pages.
  • After that, unused page packs can be refunded within 30 days. Used pages and unlocked books are not refunded, but if a page or book came out wrong, write to us and we will fix it, redo it or refund it.

Printed books

  • You can cancel for a full refund until the book is sent to the printer (usually within a few hours of ordering).
  • If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, send us a photo within 30 days and we reprint it or refund it, including shipping.
  • Printed books are made to order, so a correctly printed book is not refundable after printing.

Gift cards

Unused gift cards can be refunded to the buyer within 30 days of purchase.

Pro plan

Cancel any time; you keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for. A first Pro month can be refunded within 14 days if you made fewer than 20 pages.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with your order number (it starts with C) and the email you paid with. We answer within one business day; refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. The general Morocode refund policy also applies; where this page gives you more, this page applies.
