Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Morocode LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States (filing ID 2026-002091890), which operates Coloriki ("we", "us"). By using Coloriki you accept them. Morocode's general Terms of Service also apply; where they differ, these Coloriki terms prevail for Coloriki.

1. The service

Coloriki turns photos, names and text ideas into coloring pages, lets you color them online, assemble them into coloring books, download them, and order printed books. Some features use third-party image models; results vary with the photo, and we do not guarantee a particular likeness or quality for every photo.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure. You must be at least 16 to create an account; children may use Coloriki with a parent or guardian who holds the account.

3. Your photos and content

  • You keep all rights to your photos. You must have the right to use every photo you upload, including the permission of the people in it (or their parent or guardian).
  • You give us a limited licence to process your photos only to provide the service to you: making pages, books and prints you ask for.
  • Do not upload images that are illegal, sexual, violent, hateful, that show other people without permission, or that infringe someone else's rights. We may refuse or delete such content.

4. The pages you make

Pages and books you make are yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes: print them, color them, give them away. Selling pages or books (for example on Etsy or Amazon KDP) requires an active Pro plan, and only for pages made from photos you have the rights to.

5. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown before you pay, in your currency. Page packs and books are one-time purchases; HD page credits do not expire.
  • The Pro plan renews monthly until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.
  • Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see your full card number.
  • Shipping costs for printed books, if any, are shown before you pay. Delivery times are estimates.

7. Gift cards

Gift cards are redeemed for the product they name, do not expire, cannot be exchanged for cash and can be used once.

8. Availability

We work to keep Coloriki available but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Some styles depend on third-party providers and may be paused. We may change or end features with reasonable notice; if we end a paid feature you have not used, we refund it.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and Morocode LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live. Please contact us first: most problems are solved quickly.
